Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Guide the team on self-organizing to fill the gaps left in the agile frameworks
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution as a servant leader
- Ensure agile quality standards and best practices are in place to maximize the team-s performance
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Monitor the product variables and KPIs against the product vision
- Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, or XP practices
